Whether you’re a high school athlete or have been working a desk job for the last 15 years, there’s a proper strength training program waiting for you at Kristin Tullo Fitness.

As a strength and conditioning coach, my workouts are structured to give you real results, to make sports performance, parenting, gardening and life overall easier.

Sure, we will break a sweat and get sore along the way- but that’s not the primary goal of any session.

As athletes and active adults, each client will work on their individual needs focused around:

  • Mobility

  • Stability

  • Endurance
