Hi, I’m Kristin!

I’m a certified strength + conditioning and sports psychology coach located in Millburn, New Jersey.

As a sports performance coach with over a decade of experience working with athletes and former athletes, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching. Having both played as an athlete and currently coaching competitive soccer and ice hockey teams at the middle school and high school levels, I understand the challenges and opportunities in the world of sports.

Reflecting on my playing years, I recognize that I made mistakes and neglected simple practices that could have advanced my career both mentally and physically. Playing through injuries, misinterpreting setbacks, disregarding feedback—I've been there. Now, armed with evidence-based findings and insights from working with clients, I aim to guide athletes away from these pitfalls. My goal is to help them perform as happy, healthy, and strong athletes for as long as they choose to play.
